We want you to be completely happy with your cross stitch journey; if you are not satisfied with your kit or supplies, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original protective sleeve and include a note with your name and order details to ensure a smooth process.

  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel back to our UK studio using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
